Development of immunotherapeutics to treat HPV16-associated cancers.
Dr. Robert Jackson, PhD
Focuses on growing three-dimensional organotypic epithelia, studying the HPV16 viral life cycle, and pathogen-host transcriptomics.
Has a special interest in bioinformatics, biostatistics, and astronomy.

Developing software tools to better analyze HPV - Human interaction such as the Pathogen-Host Analysis Tool (PHAT).
Dr. Melissa Togtema, PhD
Interested in the differing oncogenicity of HPV16 E6 variants as well as improving E6-targeted diagnostics and therapeutics.
Has a special interest in HIFU, siRNA, and antibodies.
Mehran Masoom, HBSc
Analyzing protein-protein interactions of HPV16 E6 variants.
